For visa support please fill in the Personal information form attached and send it together with the scanned copy of the first page of your passport (with photo) to address md-10@ips.ac.ru. If you are going to apply for Russian visa in a country other than the country of current nationality (as stated in your passport), please send the scanned copy of resident permit or equivalent.
